  • • Answer calls and respond to emails

    • Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email

    • Manage and resolve customer complaints

    • Provide customers with product and service information

    • Follow up customer calls where necessary

    • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures

    Basic Qualifications:

    · At least senior high school graduate

    · Above average to good communication skills

    · Preferably with 1-6 months call center experience, but not required as long as communication skills requirement is met.

    · Willing to start immediately
