Duties/Responsibilities:
In charge of answering incoming calls and placing outbound calls on a company's behalf. These calls might be placed in a variety of situations, such as customer service, sales, product instructions, and billing inquiries. You may be in charge of processing orders, handling customer service issues, and answering callers' questions.
