We are looking for an enthusiastic Call Center Agent. The successful candidate will be responsible for fielding incoming calls and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person
- Resolving customer complaints and concerns
- Processing orders, returns, and exchanges
- Providing product and service information
- Updating customer information in databases
Qualifications:
- Work On Site
- At least 18 years of age
- With or without experience
- At least Highschool or SHS Graduate
- At least 6 months Experience
- Good communication and computer navigation skills
- Willing to work on Shifting schedules
- Willing to work Fulltime
- Willing to start immediately
