Customer Service Representatives handle concerns and complaints regarding goods and services. In addition to assisting consumers with returns, upgrades, and purchases, they frequently offer guidance and technical support. They typically do their business from residences, call centers, or office settings.
Qualifications:
>18 years of age and above
>College Graduate of any medical allied course and not necessarily licensed
>College undergraduate of any medical allied course with at least 6 months of experience in the medical field or 6 months of BPO experience in line with healthcare programs
>Amenable to work on-site on shifting schedule

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Senior high school
• 1 year of experience
