Offer description
A Customer Service Representative (CSR) in a healthcare account is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, clients, and other stakeholders in the healthcare industry. The primary role of a CSR in a healthcare account is to act as the first point of contact for customers and to assist with any inquiries or concerns they may have regarding their healthcare needs.
Responsibilities include:
Responding to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and in-person interactions in a professional and timely manner.
Assisting patients with scheduling appointments, verifying insurance coverage, and providing information about medical procedures and treatments.
Responding to requests for medical records and other patient information.
Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating more complex problems to higher level support staff.
Staying up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and regulations regarding patient privacy and security.
Providing support to healthcare providers, including answering questions and assisting with insurance claim submissions.
Participating in training and development opportunities to improve customer service skills and stay current on industry trends and regulations.
Adhering to company policies and procedures and maintaining a high level of confidentiality.

• Have working knowledge on computers
• Are willing to work in shifting schedule
