In addition to assisting consumers with returns, upgrades, and purchases, they frequently offer guidance and technical support. They typically do their business from residences, call centers, or office settings.

Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skill is a must.
- Has good customer service orientation
- Has good communication and interpersonal skills
- Has good analytical skills
- Knowledgeable in MS Office and internet browsing
- With at least 1 year call center experience
