Offer description

Responsible for handling large amounts of customer calls. The main responsibility is to provide all the necessary answers and assistance to ensure customer satisfaction.
Salary and Benefits:
PHP75-85K (NEGOTIABLE DEPENDING ON WORK EXPERIENCE)
Day 1 HMO coverage for the employee
Guaranteed Bonus – 14th month (upon regularization)
Qualifications:
Native (Korean citizen)
Vietnamese citizen with active tourist visa
HS Grads are allowed
Non-native (Filipino citizen)
2 years completed/College Graduate with 5 years Vietnamese call center experience or lived and worked in Korean for at least 10 years
Korean language fluency must be on business level

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
• 5 years of experience
• Language(s): Korean
