Call Center Agent
Don’t waste this opportunity! Give yourself a chance to further excel and be part of our growing team in Clark. MDM Systems Inc. is looking for passionate, composed, and proactive Call Center Agents to work with one of our brand-new exciting Clients globally known for E-Bikes and E-Scooters.
RESPONSIBILITIES include but not limited to:
• Handles Inbound calls that covers General Inquiries, After Sales/Customer Inquiries, Tracking orders.
• Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client’s or customer’s questions
• Provide top notch customer service to customers via e-mail and phone.
• Ensure a positive customer experience for all contacts.
• Data Entry/Admin Duties
• Work with a team of CSRs to find appropriate solutions
• Other duties may be assigned to assist the Team
QUALIFICATIONS
• With at least 1-2 years work experience in Customer Service
• Experience with any call center software e.g., Aircall (preferred but not required)
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills. Fluency in English (US accent is a must)
• Previous experience with a US Company is a plus.
• Experience delivering strong customer service via e-mail and phone
• Excellent customer service skills
• Fast typing speed
• Commitment to work within US Time Zones

- 2 years of experience
