Offer description

A Customer Service Representative in financial services and bank accounts typically performs the following duties:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as necessary
• Verify customer information and manage account updates
• Provide information about bank products and services
• Process account transactions and resolve any issues with transactions
• Ensure compliance with bank regulations and policies
• Provide exceptional customer service to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty

Applicants must be/have:
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with customers
• Patience, empathy and the ability to handle difficult customers
• Have good customer service, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
• Have excellent English communication skills
• Have knowledge on computers
• Are willing to work in shifting schedule

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Senior high school
• Language(s): English
• Knowledge: Customer service, Finances, Customer Support, Technology
