Offer description

A customer service representative in fraud recovery is responsible for handling inquiries and complaints related to fraudulent activities involving the company's customers. The main duties include:

• Responding to customer inquiries over the phone, email, or chat and providing relevant information.
• Investigating fraud cases by reviewing account transactions and conducting background checks.
• Working with other departments such as legal, compliance, and security to resolve fraud cases.
• Keeping customers updated on the status of their cases and providing resolution in a timely manner.
• Maintaining accurate and complete records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Staying up to date on current fraud trends and the company's fraud prevention policies.
• Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a positive customer experience.

Applicants must be/have:
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with customers
• Patience, empathy and the ability to handle difficult customers
• Have good customer service, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
• Have excellent English communication skills
• Have knowledge on computers
• Are willing to work in shifting schedule

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Senior high school
• Language(s): English
• Knowledge: Customer service, Customer Support, Technology
