A customer service representative (CSR) in the financial sector is responsible for providing support to customers regarding their financial accounts. The key responsibilities of a CSR in this role include:

-Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, addressing concerns related to account balances, transactions, and billing.
-Resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner, working with internal departments as needed to resolve complex issues.
-Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer account information, including personal details and account status.
-Providing information on products and services, guiding customers through the process of opening new accounts and resolving account-related issues.
-Following established policies and procedures for account handling and ensuring that customer interactions comply with regulatory requirements.
-Keeping up-to-date on changes in products, services, and industry regulations.

Applicants must be/have:
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with customers
• Patience, empathy and the ability to handle difficult customers
• Have good customer service, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
• Have excellent English communication skills
• Have knowledge on computers
• Are willing to work in shifting schedule


The ideal candidate for this role should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Prior experience in customer service and financial services is preferred.
