A Customer Service Representative (CSR) in the travel industry is responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities include:

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat
• Reserving flights, hotels, and rental cars
• Providing information on travel destinations, visas, and travel insurance
• Managing customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Keeping up to date with the latest travel industry information and promotions
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Meeting performance targets and contributing to the overall success of the travel agency.

Applicants must be/have:
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with customers
• Patience, empathy and the ability to handle difficult customers
• Have good customer service, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
• Have excellent English communication skills
• Have knowledge on computers
• Are willing to work in shifting schedule

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Senior high school
• 1 year of experience
• Language(s): English
• Knowledge: Customer service, Customer Support, Technology, Information technology
