- With/without BPO experience
- Excellent Communication skills
- Work on site
Responsibilities:
-Answering incoming customer calls
-Responding to customer inquiries and requests
-Ensuring that customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner
-Using a variety of client-based tools and applications to manage and service customers
-Providing cutting-edge service while remaining friendly, confident, and knowledgeable
Salary:
Php 15,000/month
