Responsibilities :
- Answering inbound and outbound calls
- Handling customer complaints
- Following up on customer calls
- Managing ans updating customer databases

Qualifications:
- Atleasy 18yrs old up
- Atleast a high school/senior high school graduate
- Good english communication and interaction skills
- BPO experience preferred but not required
- Amenable to shifting schedules
