Qualifications:
- Preferably completed 2 years in college.
- Must have more than 6 months of call center experience handling international accounts.
- Profile flexibility for those not meeting college education with 6 months BPO voice experience with excellent communication skills.
- Excellent English communication skills
- Has a good customer service orientation
- Has good communication and interpersonal skills
- Has good analytical skills
- Knowledgeable in MS Office and internet browsing
- Willing to work in shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays."
