Offer description

. Ensures all sales transactions (cash or charges) are properly accounted and physically verified/checked based on the documents of load out items.

2. Receives payment from other sources such as cash payment of employee account, proceeds from sales of assets or scrap, etc.

3. Ensures all collections are deposited on the following banking day.

4. Ensures required reports are accurately prepared and accomplished on time.

5. Acts as petty cash custodian.

6. Maintains receivables transactions/records.

7. Coordinates delivery transactions.

8. Serves as a Reliever for different Accounting positions to other branches.



Detailed Activities

Daily prepares the following reports:

- Deposit slips for all cash transactions and deposit to bank

- Summary of Daily Sales Settlement

- Daily Cash Reports

- Shortage Slip Summary (when necessary)

Summary receivables (charges and collections)

- Summary of cash and PDCs for submission to Branch Manager - Weekly

Telemarketing

1. Daily seeks prospective customers to buy products or services over the phone.

2. Follows up previous customers for relationship building and repeat business.

3. Generates referrals from existing customers.

Other Activities

1. Prepares deposit slip for all cash transactions and deposit to bank.

2. Pays/settles petty expenses based on an approved petty cash voucher with the corresponding __supporting documents.

3. Prepares Summary of Petty Cash Vouchers for replenishment.

4. Maintains an update posting of accounts receivables and reconcile with the book/ledger.

5. Logs and maintains a post-dated register.

6. Coordinates calls and concerns of customers to Sales Executives or concerned employees.

6. Performs other related duties that may be assigned to him/her from time to time.
