  • 2. Process transactions to the cash register by effectively and efficiently handling cash payments.

    3. Manage daily balancing and reconciling of office accounts and handle daily bank deposits.

    4. Document bank transactions by handling checks and online deposits in a proactive manner.

    5. Enforce credit policies to ensure that defaulters and patients with extended credits pay on time.

    6. Coordinate activities with the accounting department to ensure creation of daily, weekly and monthly reports.

    7. Handle cash clearing and credit balancing activities along with determining and investigating identified accounts.

    8. Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
