Offer description

· At least college level (Preferred IT Course)

· With or without BPO Experience

· Good listening, verbal and written communication skills

· Must be willing to work ASAP

· Must be willing to be processed and work Onsite

Job Responsibilities:

• Answering inquiries and complaints via phone or e-mail

• Assisting customers by responding to their questions

• Familiarity with different software of photo and video editing application is a plus.

• Giving the best solution based on details provided by customer

• Providing excellent customer service 24/7
