  • JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

    - Male

    - Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any 4-year course

    - Good communication and interpersonal relations skills,

    - Willing to work on extended hours and operational basis

    - Knows how to drive at least a motorcyle.

    - Can do field work

    MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    1. Check documents received from claimant or intermediary and ensure their correctness.

    2. Evaluate each claim assigned and conduct investigation where necessary.

    3. Develop plans for investigation of claims and gather all necessary documents and information.

    4. Communicate with adjusters, claimants, the insured and other parties to determine liability and coverage.

    5. Maintain proper files for claims by collecting and organizing relevant documents and set up mew claims using the company system.

    6. Attends to all inquiries pertaining to the account he is handling and provide information as necessary.

    7. Keep up to date with insurance product knowledge as well as appraisal and investigation techniques and services.

    8. Canvass spare parts needed in the repair of motor vehicles.

    9. Evaluate job estimates and determine if parts are for repair or replacement.

    10. Negotiates with accredited shops on the cost of repair of motor vehicles.

    11. Issues Letter of Authority upon approval of immediate superior.

    12. Performs other functions that may be assigned by immediate superior.

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
  • Language(s): Tagalog ,English
  • Knowledge: Decision making, Communication and persuasion

  • Availability for change of residence: No
