  • ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION:

    Provide customer service support via phone and email related to insurance claims.



    SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

    · Must have 2 to 3 years work experience in customer service; handling a US account.

    · Preferably with Bachelor’s degree; must have undergone at least 2nd year of college level.

    · Good speaking skills in English.

    · Background in auto claims, other types of insurance or knowledge in cars are a plus.

    · Willing to work night or graveyard shifts.



    SALARY RANGE: 18,000-23,000 + incentives and attendance bonus



    WORK SCHEDULE: Fixed Night Shift, Tuesday-Saturday, 11pm-8am
