    Job Summary: Handles customer queries and complaints by rendering excellent customer service and providing reliable, accurate and timely information an products and services.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    « He/She will be responsible for assisting buyers and agents based on job orders endorsed by different operating units.

    « Accepts and evaluates requests and requirements of buyers.

    « Prepares needed documents by buyers and ensures proper transmittal to departments concerned. « Monitors waiting time for all walk-in clients.

    « Handles inquiries received via email and phone within agreed service level agreeement.

    « Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

    Job Requirements:

    « Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree or any field.

    « With strong customer service orientation

    « Highly organized and attentive to detail

    « Can work under pressure.

    « Good communication skills

    « Good organizational skills

    « Able to deliver work with accuracy and on time.

    « Able to work independently as well as in team environment.

    « Able to maintain focus while multi-tasking in a competitive, high-energy environment.

    « Willing to work on weekends

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
  • Years of experience: 2
  • Language(s): English ,Tagalog
  • Knowledge: Adobe Photoshop, Adaptation to change, Customer service, Communication and persuasion
  • Availability for travel: Yes
  • Availability for change of residence: Yes
