  • As a Client Relationship Manager you'll be concerned with improving and growing a business, by fostering and developing relationships with customers, suppliers and other partners. You may work to improve profitability through careful strategic planning and positioning in the appropriate markets, or to enhance the operation of the business, position or reputation in some way.

    The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for telephone and email prospecting; qualifying and processing marketing leads for the sales team; and generating summarized reports of their key findings. This individual will be an enthusiastic team player with exception phone communication skills able to understand different buying personas, position and communicate the value of iVirtually, and persuade new business prospects to learn more.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    1. Reach out to prospects via telephone and email to qualify leads using a specified scoring system.

    2. To achieve agreed sales targets in line with the business objectives through proactive sales and marketing.

    3. Navigate through a conversation flow to uncover business needs, understand pains, and position iVirtually as a compelling solution.

    4. Generate marketing qualified leads that are processed as new opportunities and sent to the sales team in the CRM system.

    5. Maintain and update an accurate log of activity in the CRM system.

    6. Convey summarized key findings from phone conversations to the rest of the Marketing team to help refine marketing communications.

    7. Help to plan sales campaigns

    8. Create a sales pipeline

    9. Negotiate pricing with customers, and suppliers in some cases

    carry out sales forecasts and analysis and present your findings to senior management.


    • Tenacity and drive to seek new business and meet or exceed targets

    • A professional manner and presentable appearance for meeting customers/clients

    • Exceptional communication skills– both written and verbal– and the ability to build a genuine rapport with prospects over the phone promptly

    • Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple priorities and/or project

    • Driven and resourceful in finding new approaches to ensure his/her message is resonating with potential customers.

    • Ability to problem-solve and identify process efficiencies and improvements.

    • Familiarity or ability to quickly learn marketing systems and tools

    • Experience in startup environment, preferred but not required.

    • Initiative and good decision-making skills

    • Ability to motivate yourself and set your own goals

    • Great organizational skills

    • Good networking skills
