  • Required Competencies/Specialty Skills

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, or a Business-related course

    • Experience of working & understanding of Securities/Custody & Clearing.

    • Detail oriented, able to work within tight deadlines and milestones in an accurate manner and clearly present results of work

    • Strong communication skills (English) and team player

    • Experience in MS Office. Excel knowledge of formulas and pivot tables is a plus.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Assist the team in the day to day client queries and internal stakeholders related to but not limited to clients’ transactions inquiries, Trade settlements, Cash settlements, FX, Corporate actions, KYC requirements etc.

    • Assist the team in fulfilling their ACO tasks

    • Assist the team in their KYC/Client on-boarding responsibilities

    • Any other adhoc tasks assigned by the team in Philippines

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
  • 1 year of experience
  • Availability for travel: Yes
  • Availability for change of residence: Yes
