  • Minimum Qualifications:

    • Undergraduates of any course/High School Graduates are qualified

    • Good Communication skills is a must to secure the position

    • Willing to work on shifting hours for a Php 14,000 salary every month

    • Must be willing to be assigned either in BGC or PASAY

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Settling customer complaints/concerns via phone calls, text messages and E-mail

    • Handling the verification of the account information of each customer

    • Assisting in placement of orders, refunds or even exchanges

    • Suggesting solutions when a certain problem arises

    • Handling product recalls

    This is a one day process.
