Offer description
We are looking for dynamic individuals who will perform the following tasks:
- Provide support to clients on the company's software applications
- Provide user-training to instruct users on how to use the company's software applications
- Perform QA testing on the company's software applications
The candidate must be detail oriented, analytical and a team player. Graduates of any IT-related course are welcome to apply.
Requirements
- Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
- 1 year of experience
- Language(s): English
- Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Customer Support, Testing
