  • Description

  • Will be responsible for nurturing long-term relationships with clients and partners, as well as leading the Organization's efforts in safeguarding business revenue, partnership retention, and expand relationships with our clients and customers

    Supports the Chief Marketing Officer and the Client Services team in maintaining the current client portfolio, as well as prospecting for new and incremental revenue streams through existing client relationships.

    In charge of the company's organic growth activities, especially for established clients, to help extend market presence with existing partners and clients .

    Collaborate and work closely with the Operations unit to improve the company's client retention efforts, as well as to protect the company's relationship with all of its partners by providing exceptional customer (client) service

    Identifies potential new customers within the current client's organization, present to them, and eventually turn them into additional clients with incremental revenue or added business, as well as continue to expand the acquired business.

    Will prospect by conducting in-depth research into the Client's overall outsourcing needs, requirements, and market patterns

    Responsibilities also include completion of necessary documentation as part of the client onboarding process, such as service/sales proposals, coordination with the Business Compliance and Transformation unit to complete client accreditation standards, contracts and work order signoffs and any other relevant documents

    Maintains communication records, meeting with APAC and Global Management regularly, reviewing client information, establishing customer service policies, and proposing (upselling) various service choices to clients

    Job Requirements:

    Must have working experience relevant to Client Services Management.

    Strong operations background, BPO setting

    Excellent organization skills and ability to manage multiple and changing priorities.

    Excellent interpersonal and customer interaction skills to include communications, presentation and conflict resolution skills.

    Ability to present to high-level client contacts

    Exemplary communication skills and strong business acumen with ability to balance between needs of customer
