About the Role

This is a full-time administrative position and customer service support role for DreamClinic, a Seattle-based wellness company that currently has three massage and acupuncture clinics in the Greater Seattle Area. This initial position will be trained with the intention of eventual promotion to the local contact and trainer for the remote team.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Digital records filing

- Appointment scheduling/approval

- Client outreach

- Phone customer service/support

Minimum Qualifications

- Post-secondary education and prior customer service experience are preferred

A Successful Candidate Must Have

- Outstanding customer service instincts

- Fluency in American English communications style, combined with outstanding verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to think independently and take prompt action to create positive customer experiences

- Entrepreneurial mindset

- Ability to absorb new information - technical or procedural

- A passion for Health and Wellness using alternative / natural modalities

- Growth potential to train into a supervisory role in the future
