  • Description

  • Duties and Responsibilities:

    - Welcomes and greets all patients and visitors in person or over the phone

    - Answers the phone while maintaining a polite, consistent phone manner using proper telephone etiquette

    - Responsible for setting up the appointment of patients to their designated doctor

    - Responsible for keeping the reception area clean and organized

    - Registers new patients and updates existing patient by collecting detailed patient information

    - Facilitates patient flow by notifying patients or doctors' arrival, being aware of delays, and communicating with patients and clinical staff

    - Responds to inquiries by patients, prospective patients, and visitors in a courteous manner

    - Confirm through telephone calls validity of HMO transaction and responsible for approval of HMO provider

    - Performs other related duties as may be assigned from time to time


    - Must be a Graduate of any four (4) year course preferably medical-related

    - Knowledge in using Bizbox or any hospital/ clinic information system

    - Knowledge in HMO approvals

    - With customer service skills

    - Detailed oriented

  • Language(s): English ,Tagalog
