Campaign: Collections / Customer Service / BLENDED (Voice & Messaging)
Headcount Requirements: 30
o Work Condition: Permanent - Full-time Employment
o Work Schedule: 24/7 Operations - Shifting
o Work Arrangement: Onsite
o Reporting Site: BGC, The Curve
o Salary Range: 20,000 all in package (18,000 Basic + 2,000 NT Allowance)
Minimum Qualifications:
o At least Sr/High School Graduate
o At least six (6) months BPO experience
o With Excellent English Communication (Oral and Written, Excellent spelling and grammar)
o Experience in Collections & Customer Service preferred
o Has strong verbal and written communication and comprehension skills
o Amenable to Onsite
