  • Job Qualifications:

    Must have a background in collections, BPO setting.

    Experience in Financial Account is preferred but not required.

    Above average communication skills for both written and oral.

    Highly motivated and should be flexible in terms of working in different shifts.

    Ability to personally engage a contact and effectively get the message across.

    Job Responsibilities:

    Entertain customer through outbound and inbound calls.

    Achieve targeted KPIs ( Quality and Breach Rate )

    Ability to manage the assigned case list and other collection tasks on a daily basis
