Roles and Responsibilities
- Establish yourself as a go-to person for Business leaders
- Partner with the Finance team to accurately track a range of metrics against the forecast budget
- Analyze business data and prepare commentary, recommendations, and insights to be shared with stakeholders in the business
- Develop expertise on the different technologies data extracted from and the analytics and reporting tools used within the Finance team
- Support projects as we implement, and update technology used by the team
- Develop an understanding of HUB (transport management system) data complexities
- Download data from HUB for required projects identifying anomalies or complexities that need to be adjusted
- Build models in Excel to prepare analysis on different sections of Client revenue billed and Delivery Agent pay based on the requirements of the project (each project will be different)
- Manage requests from various stakeholders prioritizing based on urgency (with support of CFO if required)
- Work with Clark Reporting Team and ANC Reporting Coordinator to ensure that activities are aligned, and best practices shared
- May be required to assist with building or refining reports in Power BI from time to time
Required Experience
- Tertiary qualification in business or related discipline
- Strong experience using data management systems and manipulating large data sets
- Experience providing insightful commentary for business stakeholders
- Power BI experience would be an advantage
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills are required
