Company Driver and Liaison Officer

JOB PURPOSE

Provides secure and timely driving services to transport passengers and/or goods and acts as company representative in coordinating all required permits and other significant documents with local government agencies and private entities

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Initiates safekeeping of all sorts of documents for record purposes
• Pay monthly, quarterly, and annual government dues.
• Coordinate and facilitate bank transactions.
• Establish and maintain good relationship with employees, customers, partners, and government/private agencies.
• Required to drive company vehicles to transport products / staff / documents to required destination.
• Ensure that all documents/supplies and other deliveries have been acknowledged and delivered to the correct recipient in a safe and timely manner.
• Chart out the best route possible to save time and log all travels, kilometer usage and does routine vehicle check-up before and after travel.
• Perform preventive and regular technical maintenance on vehicle
• Perform appropriate maintenance and keep company’s vehicle clean.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Education
- At least High School Graduate

• Training and Certifications
- With Professional Driver’s License
- With Basic Customer Service
- Has Basic Health and Safety Standard Knowledge

• Specialized knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Willing to work in Cavite.
- Trustworthy with High-level of integrity
- Have a patient and polite attitude towards other road users.
- Excellent practical driving skills and road safety awareness
- Able to complete record sheets and paperwork.
- A reasonable level of fitness

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Senior high school
• 2 years of experience
• Language(s): English ,Tagalog
• Knowledge: Customer service, Communication and persuasion
