Roles and Responsibilities

- Administer first aid treatments and provide medications for employees as needed

- Monitor and record patients’ medical conditions

- Assist injured employees to the nearest hospital

- Maintain medical and relevant records

- Secure and ensure that employees submit a "fit to work" certificate

- Interpret and evaluate diagnostic results based on the submitted medical certificates

- Schedule and assist with the annual medical examination of the company employees

- Plan and implement executive check-ups of regular employees

- Generate medical reimbursement report monthly

- Conduct an inventory of medicines and other supplies twice a month

- Maintain clinic records and reports of the company, and replenish medical supplies

- Handling and maintaining clinic equipment and supplies

- Strictly implement and enforce the new normal management protocols

Required Experience

- 2+ years of nursing experience

Minimum Qualifications

- PRC license

- Current and updated BOSH certificate

- Current and updated Red Cross First Aid Training certificate

- Has knowledge and experience in processing/completing DOLE requirements.

A Successful Candidate Must Have

- Strong knowledge of Occupational, Safety, and Health

- Strong analytical and planning skills

- Good communication and presentation skills

- Good in MS office - especially creating reports and formal documents

- Computer literacy
