QUALIFICATIONS:

Female
Nursing Graduate
Registered Nurse
With at least 1-year experience in a manufacturing set-up


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Take vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse rate, temperature, and respiratory rate prior to examination of patient by the Company Doctor. Records data and ensures confidentiality of medical and patients records in the clinic.

* Provides, assesses first aid and medical treatment to patients. Accompanies patient to the hospital or nearest clinic if necessary. In case of accidents, prepares initial report to be given to the Safety Officer as basis for his investigation.

* Assists immediate superior in the canteen operations and facilities to ensure services conform to company standards and requirements, in the teach-ins and/or coordinates with the Company Doctor/external training providers for the delivery of Corporate Health & Wellness programs, and in the processing of Government Mandated Benefits including but not limited to receiving of benefits claims and loans requests. Checks attachments and submits documents to the concerned agencies. Follows up and communicates results/status with requestors.

* Reports to immediate superior the complaints and concerns received from employees and communicates to complainants the action taken to address their concerns.

* Conducts the result of customer feedback survey on canteen & benefits services report to immediate superior and assist in the preparation of improvement plans.

* Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
