• The Company Nurse/ HR Assistant coordinates the health and safety of workers in the company and function as an HR Assistant Handling some Facets of Human Resource.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    provide nursing care to employees in their workplace in case they take ill.

    plan interventions to reduce the risk of any work-related injuries that may arise..

    reprimand employees who will violate the Code of Discipline

    provide safety lessons and trainings in the workplace for all employees.

    maintain all medical records of the employees.

    assess the safety standard in the company and see if any work conditions for the employees are hazardous

    interview and screen applicants that is requested by the requesting department.

    coordinates with the Human Resource Department with regards to employee's record

    coordinates with the Payroll Specialist and HR Manager.



    Must have a nursing degree

    must be a registered nurse

    preferably with knowledge in clerical work

    must be detail-oriented and able to work under pressure

    fresh passer of nursing board exam are welcome to apply.
