    Basic Qualifications:

    • Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing

    • Registered Nurse with active PRC license

    • With at least one (1) year experience in the related field is preferred but not required

    • With BOSH training and certificate under OHNAP

    • With good communication skills

    • No attendance issues

    • Amenable to work on weekends and holidays when needed

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Provide basic healthcare which included administering first aid where needed and evaluation of employee’s overall health

    • Dispense prescribed medication and administer treatment where needed

    • Maintain and replenish the clinic’s medicine inventory

    • Provide emergency treatment in the office

    • Develop and implement health and safety programs

    • Share weekly and monthly health alerts and advisories

    • Create a clean and comfortable sickbay area

    • Document all employee injury and illness and keep this information confidential

    • Develop strategies to ensure maximum employee work input

    • Organizing employee’s physical examination and coordinating with company’s healthcare provider to set up annuals and physical exam for employees

    • Coordinate with nearby hospital facilities in case there is a need to bring employees there

    • Verify medical/fit to work certificates

    • Address and assist in HMO enrollment, deletion, utilization, and other concerns

    • Offer health counseling and education

    • Help plan and implement the clinic’s programs

    • Create needed reports (depending on what is being asked by the institution)
