Job Description

The Company Nurse administers a health services program integrating Occupational Safety. Provides nursing care to all employees and maintains the inventory and inspection of all medicines and other medical equipment.

Organizes and administers health programs integrating occupational safety and health

Maintains a reporting and record system for submission to DOLE

Regular monitoring of blood pressure of employees with the hypertensive condition and other related illnesses

Proper issuance of over the counter medicines and maintaining of records of medicines withdrawal and inspection of medical supplies

Assists the employee (patient) during emergencies, accompanies him/ her to the hospital, and report the chronological event about the patient's status

Maintains the completeness of necessary medicines and medical supplies in accordance with OSH standard

Maintains the e-file and hard copies of employee health records

Prepares a monthly health report and campaign program to be shared with all workers in the project and coordinates with the Project Nurse

Uploading, monitoring, and update the scan documents for paperless documentation of the HSSE Department especially the completed projects

Qualifications

Graduate of BS Nursing, Registered Nurse

At least 2 years of work experience in the same capacity

Background in the manufacturing industry

At least attended First Aid and BLS Training

With BOSH or OHNAP Training
