  • Job Description:

    1. Responsible for incorporating health promotion strategies to minimize accidents and teach all employees about ways to be more responsible in their workplace.

    2. Ensures safety standards are met, can identify any potential safety hazards in the work environment.

    3. Administers first aid treatments and provides medications for employees as needed.

    4. Monitors and records patients' conditions.

    5. Secures and ensures that sick employees submit fit to work certificates before they proceed to their specific station/department.

    6. Schedules and assists annual medical examination of all employees to prevent risk condition.

    7. Monitors absenteeism and conducts visitation at home as needed especially if the stated reason is always on health issues.

    8. Generates medical reports every month.

    9. Conducts inventory of medicine and other medical supplies every month and prepares purchase requests as necessary.

    10. Implements and complies with Company Handbook and procedures including Health, Safety, and Environmental policies.

    Experience: Qualifications:

    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree in Nursing or equivalent.

    • At least 2 Years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferably in a manufacturing setup.

    • merely 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Healthcare --Nurse / Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent.

    • with OHNAP Training

    • Registered Nurse

    • With experience in a manufacturing setup as Company Nurse is an advantage.

    • Willing to work on shifting schedule.

    Company introduction is a manufacturer of wire harness and cord complete for cars.
