  • Health and Wellness

    1. Identify different workplace health hazards and how they can affect the employee’s health.

    2. Schedule employees Annual Physical Examination with our HMO provider.

    3. Provide assistance to every employee regarding queries to health, check-up and HMO related concerns.

    4. Issue and monitor supply of medicines and conduct first aid services.

    5. Check and audit Plant hygiene and cleanliness and Cafeteria healthy menu.

    6. Maintain Clinic area.

    7. Administer first aid treatments and provide medications for employees as needed

    8. Monitor and record the patient's medical condition

    9. Assist all injured employees to the nearest hospital

    10. Maintain all employees medical and other similar records

    11. Secure and ensure that the sick employees submit a "fit to work" certificate

    12. Interpret and evaluate diagnostic test based on the verification of medical certificates

    13. Replenish medical supplies; monitor the stock inventory of medicines and other necessary supplies every month.

    Human Resources

    1. Overall in charge with the recruitment process: from reviewing resume’s, short listings, screening applicants through interview, assisting in the pre-employment interviews, hiring and on-boarding.

    2. Responsible on monitoring Personnel Requisitions per department

    3. Conducts character / reference checks for selected applicants.

    4. Identifying recruitment strategies using media advertisement design and media placement for job vacancies and candidate response handling.

    5. Active in joining job fairs on campus, locals and government institutions; Posting vacancies in Coordination with these organizations.

    6. Conduct orientation for the newly hired employees and endorsed to respective departments.

    7. Preparation of 201 files and Contract of newly hired employees.
