  • PURPOSE

    Assist and support the HR General Services Assistant Manager in planning, organizing, leading, and controlling the Human Resources facets in implementing General Benefits Management and Records Management in attaining its Human Capital Strategies guided by the Company’s Business Ethics and within the bounds of Legal compliance.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    >With Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, General Management, or equivalent

    >With at least 1 year of experience in HR Benefits Administration for an entire organization with at least 500 employees

    >With general knowledge, understanding, and experience in HR Benefits Administration from recruitment to severance

    >Proficient in MS Office (e.g., Excel, Word, and Powerpoint)

    >With good documentation skills

    >With good verbal and written communication skills

    >With exceptional interpersonal skills

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    >Ensure the application of company-initiated benefits, as well as, compliance to government mandated benefits

    >Ensure that employee documents and records are properly filed and kept safely in the physical 201 file folders

    >Assist in the formulation and communication of approved HR policies and procedures, and recommend new ones, as the need arises for proper consideration and write-up of the HR Director
