  • - A graduate of 4- year course with the Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any Behavioral Science course.

    - Must have 2- 4 years related work experience: preferably in the same industry

    MUST BE KNOWAGABLE OF THE FF.

    - Excellent Analytical and MS Office Skills specifically on MS Excel

    • Philippine Labor Laws especially with D.O. Updates and New Wage Order issued by NWPC and DOLE

    • Payroll using AUB Payroll Process or any related system. Preferable with Experience with other Payroll and Time Keeping Systems

    • Time Keeping, Wages and Wage Related Benefits Ex. (Computation of Special Holidays, Overtime, Night Diff. Etc)

    • Computation of Last Pay - Preferable if the person also knows how to compute Withholding Tax

    • Computation of SSS Benefits (Maternity, Sickness, Retirement - Notification and Reimbursement, )

    • Retro Computation of Adjustments or Unclaimed Salaries from Previous Cut offs.

    • Certificates regarding Contributions - (Certificate of Contributions, CSF form of PHIC, Certificate of Oneness. Etc)

    • Coordinate with Account Officers - SSS, HDMF, PHIC regarding New Contribution Updates and Issues with Employer Account

    • Enrollment of my SSS, HDMF and PHIC Account of Employees for their access of Benefits and E-Services (Loans, Contributions, EC. Etc)

    • 13th Month Pay Computation

    • Update of SSS L501, E-GOV One Hub Approvers, and HDMF signatories.

    • Mandatory Contribution Reports

    o SSS - SSS Contribution R3 Collection List Preparation or New Online PRN Contribution Preparation

    o SSS Loan - New RTPL SSS Loan Payments Preparation

    o HDMF - PAG IBIG Template for Manual Payment of Contribution and Loan or Using OneHub Template

    o PHIC - EPRS Account for Uploading New Employees and Creation of SPA for Contribution Payment

    • Preparation of Payment Receipts or FAR for Accounting

    • Enrollment, Deletion and Submission of Documents with COCOLIFE or HMO Service Provider

    • Coordination in the preparation of APE (Annual Physical Examination)

    • Loa Requests from Employees regarding COCOLIFE Card
