  • Qualifications:

    Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s or College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration or equivalent

    At least 3 years of working experience in the related field particularly in Compensation and Benefits is required for this position

    Must be analytical and detail-oriented, With leadership skills

    Willing to work for extended hours, and on Holidays as the need arises

    Willing to work in Brgy. Patubig, Marilao, Bulacan

    Job Description:

    Administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems, and safety and recreation programs.

    Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.

    Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
