    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    1. Responsible on Recruitment
    2. Assists LRN recruitment personnel
    3. Maintains and updates Masterlist
    4. Prepares Timekeeping and Payroll
    5. Ensures proper administration of company- initiated and government-mandated benefits.
    6. Ensures timely distribution and processing of performance appraisal
    7. Prepares 13th Month Pay and Alpha listing Reports
    8. Keeps and maintains 201 files of employees
    9. Process clearance of AWOL, EOC, and resigned employees
    10. Prepares and releases Certificate of Employment of employees
    11. Evaluates personnel requisition and endorses the same to the HR Manager and General Manager for final approval.
    12. Conducts exit interview to Supervisory and above level
    13. Reviews reports pertaining to recruitment and attendance.
    14. Reviews computation of LRN employees last pay and ensures timely processing of clearance of separated employees
    15. Provides supervision and training to develop the skills and capabilities of staff.
    16. Monitors staff performance and attendance activities.
    17. Coordinates with staff on recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely, organized, and comprehensive procedure in hiring
    personnel.
    18. Provides information and assistance to staff, supervisors and Employee Council on human resource and work related issues.
    19. Works closely with departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting unit heads to understand and implement policies and
    procedures, promoting equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organization.
    20. Liaises with a wide range of people involved in policy areas such as staff performance, and health and safety.
    21. Recommends pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits.
