Graduate of Business or Legal Management course
At least one year experience in the same field
Experience in and understanding of payment, gateway, e-money or wallet products and services,
banking functions, MSBs, and/or merchant processing.
• Strong research and problem-solving skills.
• Strong fintech and payment business acumen and product sense.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Shall identify, evaluate and understand all regulatory issuances of BSP, AMLC, SEC, BIR, etc. and
disseminate the same to all concerned departments and officers.
Shall keep abreast of regulatory developments within or outside of the company as well as evolving best practices in compliance and internal control.
Shall be responsible for preparing compliance risk self-assessment (CRSA) checklist/questionnaire or compliance grids to be used in conducting independent compliance testing.
Shall prepare compliance testing reports with highlights on issues of non-compliance, make recommendations to mitigate the compliance risk, and discuss with concerned departments

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
• 1 year of experience
• Language(s): English
• Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word
