Job Description:
Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary
Responsible for taking minutes of the meeting.
To co-ordinate with all the departments for the smooth functioning of the organization.
Coordinate the flow of information both internally and externally.
Responsible for the management of compliance tasks and projects including ensuring quality standards, reports and process flow analysis.
Participates and works with members of management to create strategies and processes related to all areas of Governance, Risk Management and
Compliance according the requirements in accordance to the standards
Ensure that findings are recorded and followed up with management so that issues can be immediately rectified.
Initiate review and process of all permits and licenses to ensure the Company’s timely compliance
Identify the relevant Philippine laws, and their implementing rules and regulations directly affecting the company operations, and to set up a central compilation point and monitoring system as evidenced by a fully documented and updated Compliance Program.
Implement sound purchasing policies, systems and procedures in accordance with Company standards.
Obtain competitive quotations for hotel requirements and ensure that the best product is sourced and purchased.
Ensures & verifies that quotations are regularly updated and supplier’s new current price lists are maintained.
Approves all additional requests for new storeroom items, checking correct item description, unit, packing, category and establishes Min/Max estimated stock levels.
Ensure the efficient operation of the Purchasing Department in all aspects.
Responsible for corporate disclosure and compliance with state corporation laws, stock exchange listing standards and SEC reporting and compliance;
To always adhere to personal grooming as per the standards laid down by the hotel and maintain high standards of grooming.
Qualifications:
Preferably graduate of Financial Management or related courses
Proficient in the composition of business correspondence
Willing to work long hours
Must be a resident of Angeles City, Pampanga or nearby areas in Clark Freeport Zone
