Compliance Team Member

Reporting to: Compliance Manager

Work Hours: 40hours

Location: Cebu City

Salary Rate: Php 25,000.00 / Month

Purpose of the Position:

We are Australian company that delivers adult education and training. We are looking for an individual to join the team and work with us.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

- Using checklists to confirm accuracy of completed files submitted for processing.

- Assisting the compliance team with cross checking other files and data entry.

- Following internal processes and procedures

- Checking and processing documents that have been signed by students and employers,

prior to distribution.

- Using Microsoft office and Google suite of programs

- Working with the team to share information and work on projects as required

- Communicating with the internal compliance team

- Communicating with onshore staff via video stream, online messaging and email

Job Qualifications and Requirements:

- Good communication skills, fluent in English verbal and written skills

- Bachelor’s graduate of 4 year course specifically in Business Administration, Education or any related course.

-With paralegal experience is an advantage

- Minimum 3 years work experience in an administrative or paralegal role

Personal Qualities and Behaviour Traits

- Punctual, high attention to details, good sense of humour, wanting to be part of a team and grow with the business

- Ability to work autonomously but also follow direction when required.

- Willingness to participate in further training and professional development

• 2 years of experience
