JOB DESCRIPTION
* Greeting guests/customers.
* Manage guest/customer complaints.
* Perform basic administrative/secretarial/reception duties.
* Running errands to assist guests.
* Arranging transportation and excursions upon visitor
request.
* Oversee the operations of a concierge desk in a hotel.
* Communicate with the guest coordinators, but also
interact directly with customers to answer their questions,
provide information about local attractions, and offer
reservation services.
* They also oversee guest luggage and mail.

QUALIFICATIONS
* Have at least a Year 12 high school certificate along with a Certificate III or IV in Hospitality
* Good organizational ability, as you are always on duty
* A good sense of humor, enthusiasm and stamina to cope with long working hours.
To be very friendly, caring and patient.
* An outgoing personality, common sense and excellent communication skills.
* Ability to work well in a team.
