  • Roles and Responsibilities

    Job Responsibilities:

    - Order Contour Surveys & Soil Tests;

    - Order Energy Reports and Review before forwarding to Drafting

    - Provide Working Drawings & all other necessary documents to Certifiers;

    - Process payment for QBCC and QLEAVE Insurances and Lodge Building Approval

    - Provide Working Drawings & all other necessary documents for Covenant approval (as required);

    - Liaise with Certifiers to minimize certification timelines both at the beginning and at the end of each build;

    - Provide daily summary reports for all jobs as required;

    - Keep construction job files up to date;

    - Maintain all document for each home under construction;

    - Support Operations and Site Supervisors as required;

    - Support Site Supervisors to maintain the workflow for each job.

    - Liaise with Clients and Property Managers (and brokers) regarding general updates and handover of


    - Compile handover kits including, files, keys, etc for both client and property manager;

    - Organise client defects inspections, distribute defects to relevant trade/supplier and ensure all defects are


    - Issue correspondence to clients as required (such as rain delay letters);

    - Upload Documents and Photos to the Client portal on a regular basis

    - Check that client portal activities and documents are accurate

    - Request and File All Form 16’s and Inspection reports at each stage of the job

    - Liaise with colleagues to ensure all maintenance issues are resolved quickly;

    Minimum Qualifications

    - Experienced in BPO setup

    - Excellent communication skills

    - Knowledgeable with the construction industry

    - Excellent attention to detail

    A Successful Candidate must have

    - Highly organized with above-average time management skills

    - Ability to prioritise with the skill to effectively adapt in an often changing environment

    - Ability to identify and control the controllable and strongly influence the rest

    - Respectfully assertive in implementing and maintaining action plans

    - Strong in all forms of communication (telephone, written, and verbal)

    - Adaptable to communicate at various levels with both internal and external stakeholders

    - Effective negotiation skills

    - Commitment to a team environment and pride in a collectively achieved result
