Responsibilities:

• Implements approved plans, specifications and shop drawings relative to assigned scope of work;

• Monitors completion of activities in accordance with the approved master schedule;

• Assist in planning phase and of the project

• Constantly update internal estimates

• Monitor site improvement

• Evaluation and monitoring of contractor billings and workmanship.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Civil)/(Architect) or equivalent.

• Required skill(s): MSOFFICE, AUTOCAD

• Required language(s): English, Filipino

• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Preferably 3+ Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural/Architect or equivalent.

• Full-Time position(s) available.
