  • Job Descriptions:

    Copywriting – Shall be providing relevant and impactful content and copies for all artworks and collaterals of the product. Contribute to the messaging and other marketing and communications plans, enhancing the online presence and overall brand awareness in order to advance the University’s vision.

    Online Content Strategy – Shall create, implement, develop, and monitor the product’s marketing and communications strategies. He/she shall work closely with the Marketing Manager and Brand officer in the strategic development and implementation of the online and digital presence, to provide a consistent and compelling message. Maintain and create content for blogs, news, video, and social channels such as Twitter, Linked-In, YouTube, and Facebook.

    Creative Direction - Coordinate the creative content (words, images, video) and functionality of the various creative requirements, including design, copywriting, and content, within the brand guidelines of the app.

    Website, App, and Digital Assets Monitoring - Proactively ensure website and app’s copy is current and up-to-date. He/she shall coordinate with IT regarding the web updating process by providing up-to-date content contributions from PR specialists and other contributors. Shall prepare and write copy for the app, web pages, and SNS.

    Creative Support – Shall build relationships and work effectively with Sales and BD colleagues to develop appropriate web content to promote the Partnerships and Merchants to implement the use of new digital and social media.

    App Monitoring - Work alongside colleagues within Product and IT to develop and maintain a regular and effective schedule for a content edit, to help develop and evaluate our app architecture and navigation to ensure high-quality user experience.

    Online activities Monitoring - Review and monitor the effectiveness of online marketing and promotional activity, providing regular reports and analysis on the web and digital media usage and trends using Google Analytics and on-line sources, to support future marketing and recruitment activity.

    Event Coverage and Support - Provide support and represent the company at internal and external events as and when required.

    Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Head of Marketing or Operations.


    Must obtain a Bachelor’s degree related to Communications, Liberal Arts, Advertising, Marketing, or Business Administration

    Must have at least 2 years of work experience preferably from ad/marketing agencies.

    Must have experience in implementing marketing campaigns online and offline including social media management, advertising, promotions, events, and activations.

    Must be highly creative and have strong attention to detail.
